R.I.P. Carmine InfantinoFlash #123 (1961)
Carmine Infantino died Thursday, April 4 at the age of 87. during a five-decade career, he drew for DC, marvel (Spider-Woman) and others, and was many significant for co-creating the Silver Age versions of The Flash, Black Canary, elongated Man, Deadman, Barbara Gordon/Batgirl and redesigning Batman’s look in the 1960s!
Also, R.I.P. George Gladir, co-creator of Sabrina, the teenage Witch and longtime Archie Comics writer, who passed away this Wednesday, April 3 at the age of 88!
Michael Chabon will be writing backup stories for the fourth volume of Matt Fraction‘s Casanova!
Hellboy in hell #4 was the end of the first story arc and Mike Mignola has confirmed that there will be an issue #5 and beyond, but there is no announced release date for #5 yet. stay tuned!
